EMU Relief Rub Restocked: Behind the Scenes at JAG Alliance

Emu got brought by Southeastern Freight Lines from Miami to Jacksonville. And Jett, why don’t you take one pallet, put in the shipping center, and then take the rest of it and put it in the big warehouse, and then we’ll get delivering.

Okay, this is about 5,000 Emus. This will probably last us a couple days. Let’s get these labeled.

We’re doing our NAYSA Emus now. We’re going to be doing several hundred at one time. And we do our big machine.

So, this is also a universal equipment made down in St. Pete. This can do about 60 per second. We got Mr. Jacob feeding them in.

This is the product spacer. It’s going through the red light going to pick up and the sensor and tell the machine when to grab it. Labeling it. And as you can see, these are coming out the other side.

We will do several hundred of these in a matter of minutes using this machine. So anytime we have orders that are 200, 300, 500, a thousand a time we use the big universal machine for the product that’s stacking them over.

And now that we’ve done this, we’re going to run them through the heat shrink machine and put the safety seals on them. A lot of times people want to know how these machines work. So we got a one that we need to we need to seal it. And the way it works is we’re going to feed it in. And this is a product spacer. It’s going to go through and there’s a electric eye there and that’s going to sense it and then it’s going to drop.

This is a little heat gun. This heats it and tacks it on. Now it’s tacked on so it’s stuck in theright level. It’s going to go through this heat tunnel. The heat tunnel is going to heat it and sprink it and it’s going to come out the other side with the heat put on and Jacob will pack it away and ready to ship.

It’s the end of the day. The emus are all done and we’re ready to ship them out to you.
